Can we engage you for strategy only?
Yes. You can stop once the strategy and plan are done, or continue into execution management and implementation.
Can you serve only as PMO for a project another company is building?
Yes. We join in a 'support as PMO' role, working alongside your PM and managing the progress, quality and issues of multiple vendors as one.
Do you take on projects that don't involve AI?
Yes. We handle system renewal and implementation PMO, BPR, new business and business strategy, building DX organizations, marketing strategy and UX design — starting with whether AI should be used at all.
What's the difference between DX strategy and AX strategy?
DX (digital transformation) covers digitizing operations and business models in general. AX (agent transformation) is its next stage: moving to a state where AI agents autonomously handle part of the work. Kuu designs plans that cover both.
