Reinvention Deployed Engineering — Kuu's enterprise program that redesigns workflows around AI and carries them through implementation and governance.
FDE
Forward Deployed Engineer — an engineer who works inside your environment and builds while connecting to existing systems. (Glossary in Japanese)

FAQ

What's the difference between RDE and FDE?

RDE (Reinvention Deployed Engineering) is the name of Kuu's transformation program for enterprises. It covers redesigning workflows around AI through to implementation and governance. FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) is the role within that program that works inside your environment, connecting to existing systems and building the implementation.

Can we engage you for discovery only?

Yes — including when you already have an implementation partner, or want to sort out processes and systems before deciding to build in-house. Because the same team can carry on into implementation and operation, the blueprint is designed to be buildable.

Won't frontline teams resist a process redesign?

We assume they will. We run discovery as workshops with frontline leaders and build consensus by sharing the rationale for the redesign. We never push changes down without an executive decision.

Can you work with our existing vendors?

Yes. As the overall PMO, we manage the progress and quality of multiple vendors, including your existing ones, as one program.
